If you have an internet connection, in most cases we can fix your computer remotely, to avoid travel charges. Normal technical support is offered Monday Through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. Normal technical support time is used up in 15 minute increments. Emergency technical support is available 24 hours a day and is used up in 1 hour increments. |
