Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices listed are in US dollars.
All sales of products that are not services within the State of Florida will be charged 6% sales tax. All product names, trademarks, copyrights, and likeness are the property of the respective manufacturers and owners. Additional hosting fees are as follows:
1000 MB of disk space free, and $5 a month for every additional 20MB.
100GB of bandwidth transfer free, and $5 a month per extra 1GB.
10 Mailboxes free, and $3 a month per additional mailbox.

Programming Charges
Programming charges on finished work is non-refundable. After an invoice has been presented, no new chargable work will be done until the invoice is paid.

Security
Engisoft, Inc spares no expense on protecting customer information and corporate information. Engisoft, Inc uses the latest firewalls, custom software, and security systems and tests them daily.

Prosecution
Engisoft, Inc supports a crime free internet. We will pursue and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law, any and all crimes committed against Engisoft, Inc . This includes, but is not limited to, online credit card fraud, denial service or any type of attacks on Engisoft, Inc computer systems, or Engisoft, Inc assets. Any items received and charged back through credit card or other payment services will be considered stolen property. Engisoft, Inc has allotted a generous budget specifically intended towards fraud investigation and prosecution. Losses to Engisoft, Inc including but not limited to, chargeback amount, legal fees, time applied to issue, disruption of business, private investigation, collection fees, will be the liability of the person committing the act against Engisoft, Inc . Engisoft, Inc will use any information disclosed to Engisoft, Inc in the assistance of prosecuting. Engisoft, Inc will use any information disclosed to Engisoft, Inc in the assistance of collecting loss.

Engisoft offers 99% availability. Any time exceeding our 99% availability will be calculated and discounted from your monthly cost at your request.

Any delivery date given can only be an estimated date, and may in fact be wrong.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Engisoft, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Engisoft, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed, if your credit card has been charged, or if a money order has already been received. Warranty
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's misuse, abuse, negligence, and mishandling. Software is not guaranteed to be bug free. Reported bugs will be reviewed and prioritized based on the seriousness and if there are any security implications. Custom software bug repairs are subject to the usual programming charges.
